DESCRIPTION: \n 	 \n 		 \n 			 \n 			 \n 				 \n 					 \n 						 \n 						Summer Camp 2025 - Troopsite Reservation \n  \n 						 \n 					 \n 				 \n 			 \n  \n 			Only chartered troops under their own adult leadership may reserve a troop site.    \n  \n  \n 			At least 2 adults must be 21 years of age or older.  \n  \n  \n 			  \n  \n  \n 			1.              Troop Reservation Deposit of $100 due by the Early Bird registration date of March 31, 2025 to hold your week and site.  This fee can be applied to the balance due by May 1st for early bird fees.  If the troop is not attending V-Bar, a written request must be made no later than March 31, 2025 to receive a refund or transfer to the next year’s reservation.  After that date, the $100 deposit is non-refundable and/or transferable.  \n  \n  \n 			2.              Troops who have less than 15 campers may be reassigned to a campsite with another Troop with less than 15 campers to provide spaces for other troops wishing to attend camp. There must be a registered female adult leader 21 years of age or over in every unit serving females.
