Honorees and Purpose - Celebrating the role of girls and women in scouting, The Spirit of Scouting Soirée recognizes female members of our community who have exemplified the spirit of scouting by improving the lives of our youth. We are proud to continue this 21 and over event as another opportunity to involve our community partners, ensuring that we can deliver the best scouting experience to the youth in every community we serve.


Rachelle Albright has been in the construction industry since 1996 and started her own successful business, Albright Management Strategies, in 2018.  She had previously worked in the family business, F.H. Myers Construction, where she succeeded her father as CEO before starting her own company.  She has worked with owners on many successful projects including for Discovery Schools, at both campuses and the Academy of the Sacred Heart.  Rachell has volunteered on various boards in career. From 1999-2007 she served on the Board of Directors for the New Orleans bayou Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors and was elected the first female President.  She was a member of the volunteers of America Reach for the Stars Society from 2014-20222 and is currently on the Board of Trustees for Sacred Heart. She is a two-time recipient of the New Orleans City Business - Woman of the Year Award.


Jessica Brandt has been a successful businesswoman and philanthropist who has been very involved in the community by supporting many worthy causes.  She and her late husband Ray Brandt founded the Ray and Jessica Foundation.  She followed her husband as CEO of the Ray Brandt Auto Group, which he successfully built.  Jessica has supported many schools and non-profits in the area through her generosity.  She is a member of the Children’s Hospital Board of Trustees and founded the Morgan Rae Center for Hop for child abuse pediatrics programs.  She serves or has served on the Boards of the East Jefferson Hospital Foundation, City Park Improvement Association, Louisiana Automobile dealers Association and City Park among others. She is on the Fidelity Bank Advisory for POWER, a program for female entrepreneurs and is on the New Orleans UNCF Advisory Committee.

 


Shannon Brice is a noteworthy leader and highly experienced financial professional with over 20 years of experience in various industries. She has a proven track record of building and leading companies to improve operations for Maximum productivity and budget efficiency. She earned a BA from Dillard and her MBA from the Tulane A.B Freeman School of Business. She is currently Director of Finance for Ochsner Health, overseeing the Gulf South Regions Urgent care, occupational health, Student health and System-wide Employee Health Clinics. Shannon is community driven and has served as President of the Junior League of New Orleans, VP for Dress for Success and continues to serve on the Junior League Board.  She is also the Louisiana Diversity Council President, the Treasurer for Friends of City Park and currently serves on the boards of the Tulane Alumni Business Association and the Herman Grima Gallier Historic Homes Board.

 


Judge Jennifer Guillot Womble was elected as a judge for the Jefferson Parish Juvenile Court Section A in 2023.   She has served as a Volunteer Scout Leader and a Volunteer on the Scouts Troop Committee. She was named the 2025 Judge of the Year by CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates. She has dedicated her career to child welfare. Her private practice focused on children and family law, and she has handled hundreds of adoptions.  In college and beyond she has volunteered as a child abuse victims advocate. Judge Womble has served as President of Jefferson Mile and received the 2022 Crimefighters Crime Prevention Advocate of the Year Award.
