All Order of the Arrow members and Ordeal Candidates are invited to the 2021 Spring Ordeal. This event will induct new candidates into the OA and provide existing OA members with an opportunity for fellowship and service. The Ordeal Weekend is an important part of getting Camp V-Bar ready for summer campers.
The schedule for registration is 7-9 on Friday evening, the event will end 10 am Sunday morning.
COVID Saftey Guidelines
- Please limit carpooling as much as possible to/from the event.
- Each Participant should bring his/her own tent for camping.
We will be following the Council's COVID Guidelines for Camping found HERE
I acknowledge and represent that ALL the following is true:
• I will comply with all healthy hygiene practices on social distancing and sanitation including hand washing/sanitizer along with any additional guidelines stipulated by my charter partner
• I agree to wear a face-covering during meetings as a method to prevent the transmission of droplets to others
• I have not been in close contact with anyone I know to have COVID-19 within the last 14 days
• I am not experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste of smell
• I have not had a fever higher than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit in the last 48 hours
• I have not vomited or had diarrhea in the last 24 hours
• I took my temperature prior to coming to the meeting and it was no higher than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit.
If you cannot say YES to ALL the above, DO NOT come to the unit meeting or activity. Instead, remain home and contact your unit leadership.
