The Southeast Louisiana Council, Boy Scouts of America will host its Council Recognition Banquet on
Tuesday, March 24 at 6:30 p.m.

 

At this event we will recognize the following:

  • 2025 Class of Eagle Scouts 
  • 2025 Arrow of Light 
  • 2025 Outsanding Eagle Scout Awards 
  • 2025 Class of Silver Beavers  - Download Nomination Form (Due January 31, 2026)
    • The Silver Beaver Award is a distinguished service award presented by the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) to registered volunteers who have provided exceptional service to youth within a local council. It recognizes noteworthy service of exceptional character to youth, Scouting, and the community, and it is the highest council-level, adult volunteer award given in Scouting. Anyone can nominate a deserving Scout leader, and the council selects recipients for the award each year. 
  • 2025 Silver Pelican - Download Nomination Form (Due January 31, 2026)
    • Awarded since 1929, the Silver Pelican Award is presented annually by the Times Picayune by the ScoutsBSA Scout who, in the opinion of the Southeast Louisiana Council, has contributed most to the advancement of Scouting (ScoutsBSA and/or CubScouting) in the Southeast Louisiana Council and to service to their school, church, and community.

$45.00 per Individual Adult Ticket

Late fee
After 3/10/2026 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Individual Adult Ticket Registrants.

Cancellation Policy
As ability to fill the slot with another participant. If the slot is not able to be filled, no refund will be available. No refunds of any fees are available until 30 days after the event. Refund checks will be issued to the individual or entity paying the original fee within 30 days of receipt of the request pending its approval. Fees are only transferable within the same unit to a Scout or adult leader not currently registered for that specific activity. If an activity is canceled or postponed due to weather, every effort will be made to reschedule the activity. If an activity is canceled and the participant cannot participate during the alternate date, the full fee will be refunded minus any service fees and costs incurred by the event prior to the cancellation.
